About Summit Roof Co.
Summit Roof Co. has re-roofed Twin Cities homes since 2009. We are a licensed Minnesota contractor (BC-556104), insured, and locally owned, and we run our own crews rather than farming the work out to whoever is cheapest that week.
Minnesota is hard on roofs: hail in summer, ice dams in winter, and wide temperature swings the rest of the year. So we build for that, with ice-and-water shield at every edge and valley, proper attic ventilation, and materials rated for the load. We photograph the whole job, explain what we are doing, and stand behind it with a written 25-year workmanship warranty.
